Update - We will begin tonight bringing our Dallas TX voice servers back online tonight after completing a complete O/S upgrade and re-install of the core voice and messaging services. This should NOT have an affect on your voice services. On Sunday after we have completed testing of this updated server we will place this server back into production on Sunday, June 3, 2023. With the design of our geo-redundancy platform voice services will begin to balance between the three voice servers. Again, there is nothing you should need to do and this process is automatic by design. We expect this updated server will be fully in production before Monday morning by 6 AM EDT.

Verifying - Our Dallas TX Server will be back online in the coming days and we expect it to be fully updated with the upgrades we have been working on. There is nothing you need to do on your part. This server is part of our geo-redundant voice and messaging platform. We will be testing the Dallas TX server for the next few days to insure all functions are working correctly before we make it line in the production enviroment.

- As part of our commitment to staying updated with the latest in technologies we will be performing a number of updates (security, hardware firmware and general package O/S updates) to one of our three core voice servers. This should have no impact on your services due to the geo-redundant design of our voice platform. This update to our Dallas TX data center servers are required to allow up to upgrade smoothly to the next generation of advanced voice services offerings and this update has already been completed on our voice servers in our Greensboro NC data center.
